Reservations

Policies

Guest Cabin Policies

There is a minimum two night stay. Rates subject to Washington State sales tax. Single night reservations are sometimes available but with higher rates. The guest cabin is not suitable for toddler-size child or those who are movement impaired because of upper floor sleeping. Four person maximum, which can be stretched to five at times. Sorry, no pets.

Check in 3:00 pm; check out 11:00 am, unless otherwise arranged.

Main House Policies

There is a minimum of four night stay. Maximum 6 people; 4 people for rate quoted, additional persons $25. each a night. Adults only. No pets. Check in time 4:00 pm; check out 11:00 am.

Payment

For rentals under a week (6 days or less), a deposit of the full amount is required in advance to hold your reservation. For rentals of one week or more, 50% of the total due is required in advance; the remaining balance will be due one month before your arrival. The security deposit of $200 for the Main House rental can be made separately upon arrival. If you wish to make a reservation, call or email and you will be penciled into the book. Upon receipt of deposit, the reservation will be honored. Sorry, no credit cards. Checks or money orders can be made payable to Ravens Rook Lodging or Asha Lela and mailed to:

Upon receipt of your deposit the reservation for Ravens Rook will be confirmed and you will then receive in the mail a letter of confirmation with map and directions.

Cancellations

If cancellation is one month or more before the reserved dates, the full amount will be returned minus a 15% administrative change fee. For those canceling within 30 days of the reserved dates, the remaining amount will be refunded IF the lodging is rented to others during your first intended reserved time minus a 15% administrative change fee.
